Guarantee and Return Policy
If, there is an issue with the order you receive, please email me at email@example.com or give me a call at 502.500.2548 . I will be happy to help make things right within 14 days of receiving your order.
Because each item is custom printed per order, it costs me a lot to accept a return. **So please be sure to double check the measurements and specifications provided for each product to make sure it fits your needs** (including the sizing chart for shirts)
I put a lot of effort into making sure the print quality of every product is great, and that the measurements provided are correct. This is why I've only had a handful of returns in the past 7 years :)
HOWEVER, in the rare instance that there is something defective with the product you receive, please call me right away at 502.500.2548 and send photo evidence of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org. (please be sure to also call)
This will give me ample time to inspect the claim and get you a replacement sent out if necessary. Please note that in some instances, you may be asked to return the item to resolve the issue.
